At Blazora, every product is made to order after your purchase is placed.

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days.

Processing time includes production, quality check, and packaging before shipment.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time for EU orders is usually 3–6 business days after processing.

Delivery may take an additional 2–6 business days due to external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.

Total Delivery Time

For Germany and most EU destinations, estimated total delivery time is usually 4–9 business days.

This includes:

  • 1–3 business days for processing
  • 3–6 business days for shipping

Tracking

After the 1–3 business day processing time, your order will be shipped and a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives and scans the package.

Shipping Carriers

For products produced in the EU and shipped to Germany or other EU destinations, tracking may be provided by carriers such as DPD / DPDUK, La Poste, DHL, or local postal partners.

For some products produced or fulfilled outside the EU, carriers may include USPS, DHL, EMS, Local Post, or other regional logistics partners.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes different product types, such as a T-shirt and a mug, items may be produced and shipped separately.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For products produced and shipped within the European Union, customs duties are usually not required for delivery within the EU.

For products shipped from outside the EU, import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or other charges may apply depending on your country.

If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they are already included at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Blazora is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
