Cancellation & Exchange

At Blazora, all products are made to order and many items are personalized specifically for you.

Because production may begin shortly after your order is placed, please review your order carefully before checkout, including your personalization details, size, color, product type, and shipping address.


1. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request to modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as production has not started.

If production has already started, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.

This includes changes to:

  • Name or custom text
  • Size
  • Color
  • Product type
  • Design details
  • Shipping address

Please include your order number so we can assist you faster.


2. After the 12-Hour Window

After the first 12 hours, your order may already be in production.

If your order has not started production and cancellation is still possible, a 1.5% processing fee may apply.

If your order has already entered production, it can no longer be canceled or modified because it is being made specifically for you.


3. Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer standard exchanges for personal preference, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or incorrect personalization entered by the customer.

We only offer exchanges or replacements if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There is a verified production or printing error from our side

This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.


4. Cases Not Eligible for Exchange

We usually cannot offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Wrong color selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect name, text, or spelling entered by the customer
  • Customer-provided address errors
  • Requests to change the design after production has started
  • Normal wear and tear after use

Please check all order details carefully before placing your order.


5. How to Request an Exchange or Replacement

If your item has an issue, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photo evidence of the product
  • A photo of the shipping label, if available

Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days.

If approved, we may send a replacement, offer another suitable solution, or provide return instructions if a return is required.


6. Important Notice for Personalized Products

Personalized products are made specifically based on the information you provide at checkout.

Please double-check:

  • Name or custom text
  • Spelling and capitalization
  • Size
  • Color
  • Product type
  • Shipping address

Once production starts, changes cannot be made.
