7. Shipping and Delivery

Our standard processing time is usually 1–3 business days.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and produce your made-to-order item before it is shipped.

Estimated shipping time for EU orders is usually 3–6 business days after processing.

Delivery may take an additional 2–6 business days due to external factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

After the 1–3 business day processing time, your order will be shipped and a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If your order contains different product types, such as a T-shirt and a mug, items may be produced and shipped separately.


8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Because personalized products are made specifically for you, they usually cannot be returned due to a change of mind, incorrect name entered by the customer, wrong size selection, or other customer input errors.
