Return & Refund Policy

At Blazora, every item is made to order, and many of our products are personalized just for you.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, we usually cannot accept standard returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect personalization entered by the customer.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will be happy to help.


1. 30-Day Replacement or Refund Support

Our replacement or refund support lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

You may contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order has an issue.

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for our standard replacement or refund support, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.


2. Made-to-Order and Personalized Products

All Blazora products are:

  • Made to order
  • Produced individually after purchase
  • Not pre-stocked
  • Often personalized with names, text, or design details provided by the customer

Because of this, we usually cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Wrong color selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect name or text entered by the customer
  • Spelling or capitalization mistakes entered at checkout
  • Customer-provided address errors
  • Requests to change the design after production has started
  • Normal wear and tear after use

Please review all personalization details, product options, sizes, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.


3. Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will review your request and may offer a replacement or refund if the issue is caused by us or by the production process, including:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Printing defects or quality issues
  • Missing item from your order
  • Wrong size, color, or design compared with your order confirmation
  • Personalized details printed incorrectly compared with the information you entered at checkout
  • Product does not match the description on our website

If your request is approved, we will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other appropriate support.


4. Product Appearance Disclaimer

We do our best to display product colors, mockups, and designs as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences may occur due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Lighting
  • Product material
  • Print placement
  • Printing process
  • Product size or fit

Minor differences in color, placement, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects unless the product is clearly incorrect, damaged, or not as described.

6. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If your order qualifies, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@blazorastore.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Describe the issue clearly
  4. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the case.

A return may not be required in some cases. We may be able to resolve the issue using photos and order details. If a return is required, we will provide further instructions.


7. Required Evidence

To help us process your request, please provide clear photos.

Wrong Item

  • Photo of the product received
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Photo of the packaging, if available

Damaged or Defective Item

  • Photo clearly showing the issue
  • Photo of the full product
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Photo of the packaging, if available

Size Issue

Size-related requests are eligible only if we sent the wrong size compared with your order confirmation or if there is a verified production error.

Please provide:

  • Photo of the size tag
  • Photo of the product measurement with a ruler or measuring tape
  • Photo of the full product
  • Photo of the shipping label

Incomplete information may delay the review or result in rejection of your request.


8. Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time is usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider or payment provider
  3. Contact your bank

9. Non-Refundable Cases

We usually cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Custom products with no defect
  • Personalized products produced correctly according to your order
  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Wrong color selected by the customer
  • Incorrect name, spelling, or text entered by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Customer-provided address errors
  • Sale or discounted items for change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear after use

Sale or discounted items are still eligible for review if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.


10. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • We sent the wrong item
  • There is a verified error from our side

We do not offer exchanges for personal preference, sizing mistakes, color preference, or design changes after purchase.


11. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as production has not started.

If you need to change the size, product type, shipping address, or personalization details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and before the order has entered production or been fulfilled.

We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been fulfilled, shipped, or entered production.

This includes changes to:

  • Name or custom text
  • Size
  • Color
  • Product type
  • Design details
  • Shipping address

Please include your order number so we can assist you faster.

If your order has already entered production or has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.


12. Holiday and Peak Season Notice

During peak seasons, such as Christmas, New Year, or major sale periods, production and shipping times may be longer than usual.

Please place your order early to allow enough time for processing, production, and delivery.


13. EU and Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

If you are located in Germany or the European Union, certain consumer protection rights may apply to your purchase.

Please note that personalized or custom-made products may be excluded from the standard right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

This exclusion does not apply if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
