How do I personalize my product?
You can personalize eligible products by entering the name or text shown on the product page before placing your order.
Pleasedouble-check all personalization details carefully before checkout, including spelling, capitalization, and special characters.
Can I use any name on my product?
Yes. You can enter the name or text you would like to appear on the product, as long as it fits the personalization field and follows our content guidelines.
For the best result, we recommend using short and clear names or words.
Can I change the name or text after placing my order?
If you need to change your personalization details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@blazorastore.comand include your order number.
Because each product is made to order, changes may not be possible once production has started.
Will I receive a preview before my order is produced?
The product page may show a preview or sample of how the design will look. Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.
The final print may vary slightly depending on the product type, size, and print area.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Each Blazora product is made to order after your purchase is placed.
This allows us to create personalized products specifically for each customer and helps reduce unnecessary mass production.
Shipping & Delivery
Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
You can use the tracking link to check the current status of your order.
How long does it take to process my order?
Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and produce your made-to-order item before it is shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping time for EU orders is usually 3–6 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery may take an additional 2–6 business days due to external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Will I receive a tracking number?
After the 1–3 business day processing time, your order will be shipped and a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can then use the tracking link to check the current status of your order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Will all items arrive in one package?
We try to ship items together whenever possible.
However, if your order includes different product types, such as a T-shirt and a mug, they may be produced and shipped separately. In this case, you may receive more than one package.

We ship to Germany, selected EU countries, and other available destinations shown at checkout.

Are the designs printed or embroidered?
Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, our designs are printed.
Printed designs allow us to create clean, detailed, and personalized artwork across different product types.
How should I choose the right size?

We recommend comparing the measurements with a similar item you already own to choose the best fit.
Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
Can I return a personalized product?
Because personalized products are made specifically for you, they usually cannot be returned due to a wrong name, wrong size selection, or a change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Can I modify my order after checkout?
If you need to change the size, product type, shipping address, or personalization details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and before the order has entered production or been fulfilled.
We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been fulfilled, shipped, or entered production.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
