Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. This includes production, quality control, and packaging of the order before shipment.

Shipping Duration
After processing, the estimated shipping duration for orders within the EU is usually 3–6 business days.
Due to external factors beyond our control, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2–6 business days. These factors include, for example, delays with the shipping service provider, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or particularly high shipping volumes.

Total Delivery Time
For Germany and most EU countries, the estimated total delivery time is usually 4–9 business days.

This is composed as follows:
1–3 business days processing time
3–6 business days shipping duration

Please note that our return and exchange period is 30 days from the day you received your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
We stand for the quality of our products and guarantee careful craftsmanship. If a product is defective due to an error on our part or has manufacturing defects, you will, of course, receive a free replacement.
Please also note that our products are personalized and custom-made. Therefore, they are not readily available stock items.
Due to different lighting conditions during product photography as well as varying screen and monitor settings, the colors of the actual product may differ slightly from the product images shown. Please therefore allow for possible deviations of up to 20% between the product images and the delivered item.
